We provide 1 year factory warranty on all carts unless otherwise stated. 1 year warranty also applies to our accessories. For hardware and electronics, each manufacturer’s warranty applies. Consumables, such as batteries, usually have a 6-month warranty.
If your stay arrives in a damaged condition, this must be advertised as soon as possible (7 days). Save and document all packaging and contact us immediately. You also have the opportunity to refuse the collection of damaged goods if the delivery of your order is done by the agent.
The warranty means that we will replace or repair broken product within the warranty period, provided that the malfunction does not depend on external circumstances such as physical damage as a result of handling errors.
